Additional Information
So that we can give your appointment to another customer we require at ample notice.
No charge: 12 hrs before the appointment you may cancel your appointment directly (check the link on your confirmation email) or call us on 99 59 57 88 and leave a message.
70% charge: if we can't fill your spot. If you have to cancel on short notice (less than 4hrs before), forgot about the appointment or have any other reason that stops you from having your massage, we need to charge you 70% of the fee. Thanks for understanding and supporting these measures as it directly affects the therapists pay and livelihood.
